We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in the finished product may occur due to inventory availability or manufacturer changes.
Our cemetery and casket saddles are designed with stability in mind, ensuring a secure fit within the bounds of reasonable use and conditions. Our arrangements use floral foam and may contain added adhesive for stability of the flowers in the foam.
We make every effort to install the product carefully, safely, and securely without damaging the stone or vases, within the agreed timeframe. However, we are not responsible for any post-installation delays, losses, or damages to headstone or vases caused by weather, cemetery maintenance, theft, or other events. Y
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Valley Personalized Gravesite Care LLC, and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
